Was ist Appetit eigentlich? Als ich erkältet war, trank ich eine Instantsuppe. Meine Nase war vollkommen verstopft und ich konnte nichts riechen. Das war keine Suppe mehr, die ich getrunken habe. Ich schmeckte lediglich etwas rauhes und salziges auf meiner Zunge. Danach hatte ich weniger Appetit auf Instantsuppe als früher. Da begriff ich, dass Appetit und Geschmack aus der Fantasie entstehen. Wieso hat man so viele Gerichte erfunden? Als Nahrungsmittel braucht man nicht so viele Gerichte. Die meisten sind für den Appetit. Wie auf einer Bühne genießt man die Fantasie des so genannten Geschmacks. Die Objekt basiert auf dieser Erfahrung und diesem Gedankengang.
