Concretely Unimaginable — Winter 2020
Within the topic of concretely unimaginable I explored the fluidity of the digital body.
Because of the new variations of digitally expanded, duplicated and divisible physicality the digital body appears as omnipotent, fluid and transgressive.
Focusing on overcoming the limits of the physical body in the digital world and channeling it to existing in multiple places at the same time.
The motion of a computer mouse embodies the movement and Body of the digital world. I tracked my mouse activity to convert it in a visual way. To translate the digital movement into analog movement I worked with a performer. Her motion is a free interpretation of my tracked mouse visual.
To resume to overcoming the limits of the physical body and existing in multiple places at the same time in the digital world there is an individual existence in tabs per mouse click.
Performed by Emma Woschniok at CLB gallery.
