The White Rose movement was made up of students who attended Munich University. Members of the White Rose movement clandestinely distributed anti-Nazi and anti-war leaflets and got caught.
The art project White Rose Web Movement is the digital monument to White Rose Movement, served as an Extention code of Chrome Web-browser. It detects the keywords and images that are kind of opposite to the spirit of The White Rose Movement (for ex. suppression, violence, kill and etc.) and cover them with white roses.
