The Meckerkasten (complaint box) explores the conditions under which people engage in communal action, presenting the neighbourhood as a source of community and grounding within the city. It contains a Wi-Fi access point with a captive portal. Upon connecting, a person is asked what is missing in their neighbourhood. By sharing their response on the pop-up website, they receive a recorded answer from another person.
