Holding Things Together — Summer 2026
An excavator moves between demolition and construction. Once work at one site is complete, it is transported to the next, continuously witnessing the transformation of the city. In this work, I attach an excavator arm to my body and move from one construction site to another on foot. Through the human body, the work imagines the excavator's movement, its sense of time, and its experience of continuously traversing the city.
