The audiovisual installation invites you to sit by the desk, put in the headphones, and listen. The conversation, that could be heard, is one that’s supposed to take place on the desk between the displayed objects — the plant, the scream, the screen, where the spilled water glass serves as the medium that makes the conversation possible.
What would the non-humans say about the humans if they were communicating? Do we, as humans, think about the non-humans, and from which point of view? Do we perceive ourselves above other species? Can we exist without them? Can they exist without us? Those are
some of the questions that inspired the creation of this work.
